Indonesia Foods - Ayam bakar Limau

Material:1 chicken, 6:00 in, sliced crushed1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon salt2 limes, halved3 tablespoons soy sauce100 ml coconut milk4 lime leaves2 tablespoons cooking oil5 pieces red onion3 garlic cloves
 

How to deal:
 
1st Puree the onions.2nd Puree garlic.3rd Dip chicken in lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes. Set aside.4th Sauté onion and white, that was mashed with lime leaves until fragrant.5th Add chicken, stir, to change the color.6th Add soy sauce and coconut milk. Stirring, boil until half.7th Fuel with pieces of chalk, until done.8th Serve with hot rice.
