Indonesia Foods - Soto Tangkar

Material:2 liters of water500g ribsChest 250 grams2 bay leaves1 stalk lemongrass, crushed2:01 coconut, roasted and mashedAn eye java acidic8 Fruits wuluh belimbinh divided into two parts
  Spices are:1 teaspoon coriander2.1 tsp cumin8 from hazelnut3 pieces of pepper8 pieces red onion4 garlic clovesjoins a turmericA vortex gingerVertebra galangal1 teaspoon brown sugar
  Salt to taste
How to treat:

1st Chest and ribs cooked until they are soft.2nd Stir fry until fragrant ground spices.3rd Enter the bay leaves and lemon grass and stir well. Pour in boiling ribs.4th Enter toasted coconut, star fruit and tamarind wuluh Java.5th Bake until cooked through and sauce thickens it.6th Remove and serve hot.
