Indonesia foods - Terong seafood Cincang

Material:

    * 600 g eggplant purple, split and cut to house the taste was not too thick, sprinkle with salt and drain
    * Oil for frying eggplant
    * 4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
    * 1 cm fresh ginger, peeled, coarsely chopped
    * Three pieces dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked in hot water until soft, chopped, drained and coarsely
Seafood chopped coarse:

    * 200g fresh peeled shrimp
    * 200 gr peeled squid
    * 200g snapper fillet
Seasoning, mix well:

    EL * 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    EL * 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (can be substituted rice vinegar)
    * 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    * 1 tablespoon granulated sugar soup
    * 1 teaspoon salt
    * 1 / 2 c. Teaspoon black pepper
    * 2 tablespoons water
How to cook:
- Heat the oil, fry the eggplant, to change the color. Drain and remove
- Heat fry 2 tablespoons oil, spices, garlic and ginger until soft and fragrant.
- Enter the seafood chopped shiitake mushrooms, stir until the color change
- Enter the fried eggplant, stir until all ingredients cooked
- On a plate.
