Indonesia Foods - Siomay Ikan Wortel

Material:200g beef Snapper1 teaspoon tablespoons cornstarch2:01 onion, finely chopped75 ounces thinly sliced carrots2 large red bell pepper pieces, cored, finely chopped2 tablespoons oil meal
  Chives, to taste
  Salt and pepper to taste
  Dumpling skin as an envelope
How to treat:
