Indonesia Foods - Cumi Bakar

Material:500g squid, cleaned2 tbsp tomato sauce1 tablespoon soy sauce with mushrooms3 garlic cloves3 pieces red onion1 teaspoon lemon juice1 teaspoon salt01/02 ground pepper
How to deal:
 
1.Haluskan add garlic and onion, then season your tomatoes, mushrooms, lemon juice, salt and pepper, mix well.2.Masukkan squid, stir well, then for about an hour in the refrigerator.3.Masukkan mixture had the pan, cook until half cooked, lift, then grilled calamari is cooked and golden brown, remove from heat squid.
