Material:

    
* 600 grams of meat in
    
* 250 ml thick coconut milk

Refined:

    
* 4 per teaspoon coriander
    
* 2 cm turmeric, roasted
    
* 1 tbsp Java tea acids
    
* 8 pieces of shallots
    
* 4 cloves garlic
    
* 2 c. Teaspoon brown sugar
    
* 1 teaspoon salt


How to:

   
1st Mix the spices, meat and coconut milk.
   
2nd Let stand for 2 hours.
   
3rd Puncture all four pieces of meat with a skewer.
   
4th Fuel coated marinade on the stove until the meat is cooked.
   
5th Serve skewers with chilli sauce.
