Indonesia Foods - Kendo Udang

Material:250 g peeled prawnsPer ½ grated coconut, then the mixture1 bay leaf
  
Banana leaves for wrappingred onion 4 cloves garlic (finely marinade)3 garlic cloves (finely marinade)2 pieces red pepper (fine marinade)½ teaspoon teaspoon coriander (finely Spice)2 cm Lengkuas (fine spices)2 cm turmeric (spice fine)
  
Salt and sugar to taste (finely marinade)
How to deal:
 
1.Aduk spices, coconut and prawnsEntry 2.Ambil a piece of banana leaf, then all the ingredients. Slide the bay leaves, then wrap.3.Kukus until cooked
