Indonesia Foods - Ikan Bakar Pedas

2 Tail Carp2 tablespoons tamarind water1 teaspoon tablespoons liquid margarine3 tablespoons cooking oil3 cm ginger, grated2 tablespoons lime juice4 garlic cloves, crushed2 tsp coriander v. coarse ground1 teaspoon salt



Refined:200g red pepper3 garlic cloves7 pcs shallotsPC 2 tomatoes, chopped1 teaspoon of tea2.1 c. Teaspoon shrimp paste
Clean to remove fish scales, gills and intestines, small but not drop it, wash and let drain.Mix the grated ginger, lime juice, garlic, coriander and salt, cover the entire surface of the fish, half an hour set aside until the spices to penetrate.Saute until the paste is fragrant spices and then add the tamarind water and cook until done.Grill the fish over the fire, while the back and the coating liquid margarine and mix half of the wort. Serve the grilled fish with roasted chili.
