Indonesia Foods - Ayam Kapitan

Material:3 tablespoons vegetable oil500 g chicken, cut into pieces500ml coconut milk2 tablespoons Nestle DANCOW Full Cream, dissolve with 100 ml water
  
Sprayed:6 pieces of red pepper6 red onions4 garlic cloves4 of hazelnuts1 cm turmeric1 stalk lemongrass, white part, cut into thin slices1 tsp roasted shrimp paste½ teaspoon teaspoon pepper2 Fruit Chicken Maggi ® block pain½ teaspoon teaspoon sugar
  
Ingredients for the filling:2 tablespoons fried shallots
How to deal:
 
1st Stir fry until fragrant ground spices.2nd Add chicken, stirring until stiff and discolored.3rd Pour the coconut milk and hot sauce and cook until thickened, remove from heat.4th Serve hot and sprinkle with fried shallots as a supplement.
