Indonesia Foods - Ayam goreng tepung

Material:
200g chicken
2 garlic cloves, crushedSalt and pepper
100g cornflour
Cooking oil to taste


How to:
Cut the chicken, place the garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle the cornstarch until flat, then fry in hot oil until cooked. ElevatorServe with lemon slices and tomato sauce
