Indonesia Foods - Udang mayones Paprika

Material:Peeled shrimp 500, mid-size75 g cornstarchV. 2 tablespoons cornstarch2.1 tsp pepper2.1 teaspoon saltCooking oilPaprika Mayonnaise:100 ml bottle mayonnaise2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk white1 teaspoon red pepper sauce bottle2.1 c. Teaspoons tomato paste2.1 c. Lemon juice1 teaspoon gelatin powder, mixed with 1 tablespoon hot water until clear20g red pepper, chopped
Method:- Halve the back of the shrimp thoroughly under running water until completely clean.- Drain and dry.- Stir Stir in corn starch, flour, salt and pepper smooth.- Balut stir each shrimp with the flour mixture is smooth.- In hot oil fry with lots of moderately dry. Drain.- Paprika Mayonnaise Sauce: Mix all ingredients (except pepper) until blended.- Add chopped peppers and mix well.- Serve the fried prawns with pepper sauce, mayonnaise.
