Indonesia Foods - Tempe renyah BBQ

Crunchy BBQ Tempeh Ingredients:

    
* 125 grams of soy tempeh, cut into approximately 3 x 6 x 0.5 cm
    
* 150 grams of rice flour
    
* 50 grams of tapioca flour
    
* 4 tablespoons barbecue seasoning
    
* 100 ml water
 


How Crunchy Tempeh BBQ Marinade:

   
1st Mix water and 2 c. EL barbecue seasoning, mix well.
   
2nd Mix rice flour, tapioca flour and remaining barbecue spice. Mix well.
   
3rd Diving, take the tempeh in a solution of the barbecue spice, from the heat.
   
4th Tempe Mouse over mix the mixture of rice flour and good. Lift. Repeat until you have finished tempeh.
   
5th Heat oil fry until cooked and browned tempeh. Remove and drain.
   
6th Serve.
For 20 pieces
