Indonesia Foods - Bakso Udang Pedas

Ingredients shrimp spicy meatballs:

    
Meatballs * 20 pieces of shrimp, slices of four parts, briefly boiled
    
* 10 grams of dried red pepper, sliced / crushed coarse
    
Onion leaves * 3 stalks potong1 cm
    
* 2 tablespoons cooking oil
    
* 100 ml water
    
* Cornmeal 1 / 2 teaspoon, dissolved in a little water
Spices are:

    
* Sliced onion 1 / 2 fruit, thin round
    
* 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    
* 3 teaspoons sweet soy sauce
    
* 4 per teaspoon chili
    
* The ground red pepper 1 / 2 c. Tea
    
* Salt to taste
    
Powdered sugar * 1 / 2 c. Tea
How spicy meatballs shrimp:

   
1st Heat oil, fry onion and garlic until fragrant.
   
2nd Enter the dried chili and shrimp dumplings, mix well.
   
3rd Add soy sauce, chili sauce, pepper, salt and sugar. Mix well.
   
4th Pour water and cook until boiling. Add cornstarch solution, stir well and cook until thickened. Lift.
   
5th Add the meatballs in a spicy shrimp dish. Sprinkle green onions. Serve.
Serves 4
