Indonesia Foods - Ikan bakar

Fuel raw fish

    
gourami fish with two tails * 250 gram weight, the specific scales and entrails
    
* 4 tablespoons margarine, melted
    
* 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
    
* Cooking oil 750ml
Spices are:

    
* 3 garlic cloves
    
* Coriander 1 / 2 teaspoon
    
* Salt to taste
    
Turmeric * 1 / 2 inch
Complement:

    
Shrimp paste * Tomato Sauce Sambal /
    
* Lalapan (cucumber, tomato, basil, beans)
    
* Sweet soy sauce
    
* Citrus lemon
Fuel way of cooking fish:

   
1st Marinate the fish with herbs that have been destroyed, you stand for about 25 minutes.
   
2nd Heat oil, fry the fish until golden brown they are. Remove and drain.
   
3rd Mix soy sauce and margarine and mix well. Rub fish with soy sauce until smooth.
   
4th Heat a charcoal / grill, grilled fish and continue cooking until diols with a mixture of soy sauce.
   
5th Lift. Serve complement the grilled fish.
