Indonesia Foods - Perkedel Panggang

Ingredients:

    
* 250 grams of potatoes, peel, fry, puree
    
* 150 grams of minced
    
* 4 eggs, chicken eggs
    
* 3 stalks leeks, thinly sliced
    
* 1 stick celery, chopped
    
* Beef stock powder 1 tablespoon tea
    
Margarine or butter flavor *
Spices are:

    
* Red onion 4 cloves garlic
    
* 2 garlic cloves
    
Pepper * 1 / 2 c. Tea
    
Teaspoon powdered nutmeg * 4.1
    
* Salt to taste
How to bake cake

   
1st Heat 2 tablespoons margarine, beef, fried until cooked. Lift.
   
2nd Mix browned the meat with other ingredients, except margarine, mix well.
   
3rd Add the herbs, which have been destroyed, mix well.
   
4th The heating of the sludge cake tins / round non-stick pan, grease with margarine.
   
5th Pour the mixture to taste, roast over low heat, boil until the dough through. Lift. Serve hot.
