Indonesia Foods - Udang Goreng Saus tiram

Material:
500g prawns, shelled, leaving tail, back slit

1 tablespoon lemon juice2.1 c. fine salt
1 egg beaten50g cornflour
2 tablespoons butter50 g onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped3 red bell peppers, cored, sliced 1 cm menyerong
125 grams of seed corn, canned sweet1 tsp tbsp oyster sauce
2.1 tsp pepper2.1 c. fine salt
15 pieces of leaves of garlic chives, cut into 2 cmMethod:Marinate shrimp with oregano, pepper, lemon juice and salt. Let stand for min 30th Drain.
