Indonesia Foods - Salada Air Berkuah

Watercress Recipes Berkuah material:

    
* 1 bunch (75 grams) of watercress, Siang
    
* 200 grams of beef, diced
    
* 2 stalks of leeks, cut into 1 cm
    
* 2 pieces red bell pepper, cut into 1 cm
    
* 2 pieces of green pepper, cut into 1 cm

* 500 ml water

Spices are:

How to cook watercress Berkuah:

   
1st Heat oil, saute seasonings that have been crushed, lemon grass and lime leaves until fragrant.
   
2nd Add red pepper, red pepper and saute leeks until soft.
   
3rd Add water, bring to a boil.
   
4th Enter your meat and cook until meat is tender.
   
5th Pour the coconut milk and cook, stirring constantly.
   
6th Enter the watercress, boil again, just setelaha. Lift. Serve.
