Indonesia Foods - Udang rambutan

Rambutan Shrimp Ingredients:

    
* 250 grams of chopped prawns
    
* 5 grains of quail eggs, boiled, peeled
    
Vermicelli 50g *
    
* 20 grams of tapioca flour
    
* Paprika powder 10 grams
    
* Bouillon powder 10 grams
    
* 10 grams of salt
    
* 20 grams sugar
    
* Cooking oil 500ml
How shrimp Rambutan:

   
1st Puree the shrimp, add pepper powder, broth, salt and sugar. Mix well and set aside.
   
2nd Preheat the frying oil to the pasta, white and fluffy (like crackers). Remove and let drain reserve.
   
3rd Remove 1 tablespoon shrimp paste pipihkan. Fill the center with quail egg and round, until all the eggs covered with shrimp mixture.
   
4th Roll balls in rice noodles fried with shrimp-press pressed to the entire surface of the shrimp croquettes stick. Repeat until all dough is used up.
   
5th Heat oil fry until cooked and rambutan brownish yellow ball. Remove, drain and serve.
