Indonesia Foods - Tempe Bakar

Grilled Tempeh material:

    
* Tempe, diced 300 grams of 1.5 cm
    
* Lengkuas 2 cm, ground
    
* 1 bay leaf
    
* 1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
    
* Water, 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    
* 150 ml water
    
Cooking oil * 150 ml
Spices are:

    
* 2 pieces red pepper
    
* 2 pieces red pepper
    
* 2 garlic cloves
    
* 5 grains of red onions
    
* 1.5 teaspoon Belachan
    
* 1 teaspoon sugar red string
    
* Salt to taste
How can fuel temperature

   
1st Heat 2 tablespoons oil, fry the ingredients that have galangal and bay leaves until fragrant crushed.
   
2nd Enter tempeh, soy sauce and lime juice. Mix well.
   
3rd Pour water and cook until cooked through and the decline of water temperature. Lift.
   
4th Take a skewer grilled tempeh three rooms in it. Repeat until you have finished tempeh.
   
5th Grilled Tempeh coals or nonstick pan until they are brown. Remove and serve hot.
