Ayam Bakar Khas Palembang Ingredients

Refined:• 6 pieces of red onion• 3 garlic cloves• 5 pieces red chili pepper• 1 / 2 c. Teaspoon coriander• 1 / 4 c. Tsp cumin• 1 tbsp water Java tea acidsShrimp paste • 2.1 c. Tea• 1 teaspoon salt teaLike chicken Bakar Khas Palembang
1st Mix the chicken thighs with the spice paste, coconut milk and juice Koyah cook until dry. Lift.2nd Place chicken pieces marinated in a hot dish.Third Roast in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is golden.
