Indonesia Foods - Tofu Dreadlocks

Tofu Recipes Dreadlocks
Material:


    
* 5 piece white white

    
Chili pepper * 5

    
* 2 garlic cloves

    
* 4 tablespoons roasted peanuts

    
* 1 teaspoon vinegar

    
* 1 tablespoon shrimp paste

    
* 2 stalks celery, chopped

    
* 1 tbsp fried shallots EL

    
* 3 tablespoons soy sauce

    
Dreadlocks shrimp taste *

    
* 200 g white cabbage, shredded


Dreadlocks For shrimp:


    
* 200g shrimp upas

    
* 4 tablespoons flour

    
* 1 egg

    
* 1 teaspoon coriander EL

    
* 2 garlic cloves

    
* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

    
* Half teaspoon pepper

    
* 2 tablespoons coconut milk thick EL

    
* 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic chives EL

    
* Key vegetable oil


Method:


   
1st Puree the peppers, garlic and roasted peanuts. Add shrimp paste, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour a little water, mix well. Set aside.

   
2nd Fried know until they are cooked, remove from heat.

   
3rd Creating Dreadlocks shrimp:

         
1st Mix all ingredients, mix the flour with the eggs, mix well. Add the coconut milk and enough water to make a paste thick enough.

         
2nd Mix dough with herbs mixed in the soup, chive and garlic prawns and have been good.

         
3rd Heat oil fry, golden-brown one spoonful after spoonful of dough. Remove and drain.



   
4th Cut the tofu is hot, serve on a plate. Add shrimp that were dreadlocks cut into pieces and cabbage. Sprinkle the spices spread, with chopped onions and celery.
