Vegetable Recipes Bobor Share |
Material:


    
* 250g white pumpkin, peeled, chopped

    
* 1 bunch spinach, Siang

    
* 1 bunch of picked basil leaves

    
* 2 bay leaves

    
* 2 cm galangal, bruised

    
* 600 ml coconut milk, coconut


In the blend of spices:


    
* 5 red onions

    
* 3 garlic cloves

    
EL * 1 tsp coriander, toasted

    
* 1 cm kencur

    
* 1 teaspoon salt

    
* 1 tablespoon granulated sugar soup

Coconut Sambal:


    
* 2 large red bell pepper fruits

    
* 5 piece pepper

    
* 2 garlic cloves

    
Kencur * 2 cm

    
* 1 teaspoon shrimp paste Fried

    
* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

    
EL * 1 teaspoon sugar

    
* 1 / 2 and a half coconut, grated

    
* 100 grams tempeh

    
* 3 jeruh leaves, chopped


Method:


   
1st Boil the coconut milk with spices, bay leaves and galangal.

   
2nd Enter cook the spinach and basil, one minute, remove from heat.

   
3rd Coconut sauce: chili paste, cayenne pepper, garlic, kencur, shrimp paste, salt and sugar in one. After a fine, enter the coconut and chunks of tempeh, stir well, add the lime leaves, stir and cooked steam for 15 minutes, until.
