Indonesia Foods - Trancam

Recipes Trancam
Material:
8 stalks of beans, washed, sliced finely2 cucumber to remove content, cut into small cubes100 g bean sprouts washed briefly1 bunch basil, leaves pickedFruit 1 lime

Coconut Sambal:
Half and half coconut, peeled, grated along set asideTwo lime leaves, cut into thin slices100 grams of the essential ingredients of the red, see here3 cm kencur milling1 tablespoon granulated sugar2.1 teaspoon salt

How to:
1st Coconut Sauce: Mix coconut, lemon leaves, the basic seasonings of red kencur, sugar and salt, mix well, fry till they take slightly warm from the heat.2nd Vegetables: mixed beans, cucumbers, Brussels sprouts and short, mix well, add the coconut sauce, mix well.3rd Prepare the plate, and equipped trancam basil and lime.
