Indonesia Foods - Porridge Mengguh

Porridge Ingredients Mengguh:

    
* 200 g rice, washed thoroughly
    
* 1200 cc water
    
* 2 c. Teaspoon salt
    
* 2 bay leaves
    
* 500 cc coconut milk
    
* 500g chicken breast
    
* 200 grams of beans, sliced 1 cm
    
* 100 g peanuts, roasted
    
* Fried onions to taste
Spices are:

    
* 6 red onions
    
* 4 cloves garlic
    
* 2 pieces red pepper
    
* 2 cm turmeric, roasted
    
* 4 Candlenut
    
* 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
    
* 1 teaspoon coriander EL
    
* Salt to taste
ABU material:

    
* From coconut-100g and a half
    
* 200 g long beans, cut into 4 cm
    
* 2 garlic cloves
    
2 pieces of red bell pepper *
    
Shrimp paste * 2.1 c. Tea
    
Kencur * 2 cm
    
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    
* 2 sheets of orange leaves
    
* Salt to taste
How to cook Congee Mengguh Khas Bali

   
1st Heat 2 tablespoons oil, fry until fragrant ground spices.
   
2nd Enter the chicken, bay leaves, galangal and bouillon powder.
   
Third Add 500 cc of water.
   
4th Cook until chicken is cooked and the spices soak, lift.
   
5th Separate the chicken with the sauce.
   
6th Boil rice until soft.
   
Seventh Add coconut milk, salt and bay leaves.
   
8th Bake again until thickened broth.
   
9th Enter a bean.
  
Tenth Cook, cook until the beans, stir, lift.
Create ABU:

   
1st Mix all ingredients ABU.
   
2nd Add coconut and mix well.
   
Third Anointing of spices simmered until cooked, remove from heat.
   
4th Mix seasonings anointing with boiled beans.
   
5th Serve in a bowl of porridge.
   
6th Add the roasted peanuts, beans and ABU.
   
Seventh Serve hot with a pinch of roasted onions and shredded chicken.
For 5 servings
