Indonesia Foods - Lemper Ayam

Lemper Ayam recipe
Material:


    
* 1 / 2 kg rice

    
* 1 / 2 chicken, Suwir-Suwir

    
* 300 cc coconut milk

    
* 350 cc coconut milk

    
* The young leaves of the banana


Spices:


    
* 4 cloves garlic

    
* 4 pieces of red onion

    
* 1 / 2 c. Teaspoon coriander

    
* 1 / 2 c. Tsp cumin

    
Shrimp paste * 1 cm

    
* 2 c. Teaspoon sugar

    
* 1 teaspoon salt

    
* Half teaspoon pepper

    
Hazelnuts * 3 BTR

    
* 3 leaves of bergamot LBR


How to:


   
1st Wash the glutinous rice, 1 hour, soaked, boiled until half steam. Aroni with 350 cc of coconut milk and 1 teaspoon salt, steamed until cooked.

   
2nd Pour into the van which was covered with banana leaves, adapting and mixing with a piece of banana leaf. Kipas let cool completely, cut into rectangles.
