Ingredients Sate Khas Kikil Jepara
Material:500g ready kikil1 bay leaf LBR2 cm ginger, crushed1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon of tea400 ml coconut milk from a coconut BTR2 tablespoons cooking oilRefined:4 garlic clovesKencur 1 cm¼ c. Teaspoon shrimp paste5 red chili peppers kriting,150 grams of roasted peanuts, mashed potatoesHow Jepara Sate Khas Kikil
Cut the size kikil 2 x 2 x 1 cm.Heat the oil, mix the ground spices, bay leaves, galangal until fragrant.Enter kikil, coconut milk, salt and sugar, cook until done.Kikil stick on a skewer.Oil on the fire for a moment. Serve hot.Serves 6
