Indonesia Foods - Tofu rujak

Tofu Recipes rujak
Material:


    
* 100 grams of wet noodles

    
* First is a large white potatoes, cut half-baked

    
* 1 cucumber

    
* 4 lettuce leaves, sliced

    
4 * lenjer Pempek, fries cut to flavor oil for frying


Sauce:


    
* 150 g brown sugar

    
Acid * 50 grams of java

    
* 500 ml water

    
* 10 tablespoons soy sauce

    
* 3 tablespoons of vinegar to cook


Spices are:


    
* 5 garlic cloves

    
* 3 pieces of pepper

    
* 10 fruits Cayenne

    
* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt


Trim:


    
* Powder Ebi


How to:


   
1st Sauce: brown sugar to the boil together cooked acidic java, elevator, trunk / Add spices and soy sauce, after boiling, remove from heat. Add vinegar.

   
2nd Pour the wet noodles in hot water and drain.

   
3rd Presentation: Prepare a bowl of noodles, fried tofu, cut into slices, lettuce, cucumber and Pempek and pour the sauce. and coat with powdered dried shrimp.

   
4th Serve.
