Indonesia Foods - ESEP Skin Fries

ESEP Skin Fries
Material:


    
* 7 medium potatoes

    
* Sufficient quantity of oil, for frying


Sauce:


    
* 8 tablespoons garlic, cheese, ready to buy

    
* 50 ml cream

    
EL * 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

    
* 2 tablespoons honey

    
* 1 teaspoon chopped parsley


Method:


   
1st Wash potatoes, baking, until dry and mature skin, lift.

   
2nd boiled potatoes cut in half, scrape the contents of potatoes and apart from the edges of the skin as thick as 1 cm, and share the contents of potatoes in the sauce.

   
3rd Potatoes, cut into four parts, heat oil and cook along, until the potatoes are cooked through and the skin dry, remove from heat.

   
4th Sauce: Combine garlic, cheese, cream, ketchup, honey and potatoes finely and mix well. Add chopped parsley

      
mix well.

   
5th Serve sauce over the mussels.
