Indonesia Foods - Ketoprak

Recipes ketoprak
Material:

    
* 5 white fruit the size of 6x6x2 cm
    
* 50 g rice noodles in cold water until soft, drain them soaked,
    
* 250 g bean sprouts, Siang, washed and brewed with hot water, drained
    
* 4 pieces of diamond

Sauce:

    
* 250 g peanuts, roasted and pureed
    
* 6 garlic cloves
    
* 5 pieces red chili sauce, sautéed
    
* Hot water 100 ml
    
* 1 teaspoon salt
    
* Soy sauce to taste sweet

Complement:

    
Fried onion *, chopped celery and red chips

Method:

   
1st Fry half-baked idea, lift, drain and according to your taste.
   
2nd Sauce: Puree garlic with the Cayenne pepper and salt, beans, mashed potatoes. Add water and soy sauce, mix well and set aside.
   
3rd Prepare the plate, good diamond, noodles, bean sprouts and tofu. Pour the sauce coat in the sauce, with fried onions, celery slices and red chips.
   
4th Serve hot.
