Sanggar KEKUMBU(NUTS Sanggar GREEN)
Material:250g green beans, soaked overnight, drained125g brown sugar125g sugar2.1 teaspoon vanillaOil for fryingDyer75g rice flour, 200 ml of water and salt to tasteMethod:

   
1st Cook until they are tender green beans, put the brown sugar, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar and cook until the water boils dry. Remove and let cool.
   
2nd Bean puree until smooth and can be formed.
   
3rd Take 2 tablespoons (+ / - 50 g) of the dough, form 1 cm thick, round and flat. Repeat the process until the dough is ready.
   
4th Dyer: Mix rice flour, water and salt, stirring until smooth. Rounded green bean dip in the dye liquid.
   
5th Heat cooking oil, saute the green beans and cooked creamy rounded. Remove and drain.
   
6th Serve
Results: 10 units to 50 g
